For more than thirty years Mr. Wangler has successfully leveraged technical, communication and organization skills to make contributions in multiple areas of high technology businesses. Mr. Wangler recently joined Aivea Corporation as COO following a high growth experience as Director of Operations for the WiMAX Forum, a worldwide association of companies focused on global adoption of WiMAX wireless technology. Since 1997, as co-founder of startup ventures and advisor to many others, Mr. Wangler has gained hands-on experience with all aspects of building a business. A seventeen year career at Intel included roles as a quality/reliability engineer, materials manager, engineering manager and program manager, including a dozen years in new business ventures within Intel. Ashwood Group customers benefit from Mr. Wangler's combination of corporate and startup venture experience and education that includes a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Wangler is a board member of the Open Technology Business Center and the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum.

Mr. Ranck's business experience includes more than thirty years in operations, marketing, product development and financial management. Rob is currently the President of the HomePlug Powerline Alliance. Prior to rejoining Ashwood Group in May 2008, he was Vice President for Global Inventures and Executive Director of several industry consortiums. As a former marketing and financial manager for large organizations (Intel, NCR and AT&T) as well as executive for small companies and start-ups, Mr. Ranck brings unique insight to Ashwood Group client projects. Mr. Ranck's educational credits include a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
