| We conduct a strategy session
to learn your business strategy and objectives. During the session, we discuss and
prioritize e-Business opportunities. Following the session, we analyze features and
potential benefits of an e-Business solution.

| Project Requirements & Proposal |
| Based on the results of the Strategy session,
we analyze and scope the project(s) and technical requirements.

| Design & Development |
| Following project sign-off, we create a
high level functional specification and user interface design.
Once the design is accepted, we develop the solution.

| Testing |
| Although testing is conducted throughout the
development phase, at the end of development, we formally test and document results.

| Transition |
| The Transition stage is the final workflow
of the project. It includes the hand-off of all final deliverables to the client,
as well as training and business arrangements for the ongoing maintenance
of the solution.
